Who can participate?

EVERY artist/ designer/ creative who wants to sell his own handmade, original products can apply for a stand at the hello handmalde market.

How can I apply?

Just send an email with Application / hello handmade market in the subject line to hurrah@hello-handmade.com. Please send

• a short bio,
• a description of your work and
• add links to your website, webshop, blog, etc.

Closing date for applications is May 31, 2012. We will inform you about the selection of exhibitors on July 02, 2012.

hello handmade reserves the right to decide if a contract for the participation in the market is actually signed. The application itself does not constitute a contract.  The contract for a stand on the market becomes effective once the participation fee (see below) is received by hello handmade. If you are selected for the market, you will receive an invoice with payment details together with the confirmation letter. Should the payment not be made in time, hello handmade reserves the right to use the exhibition space for a different purpose.

How much does it cost to participate?

The costs for participation have been calculated to cover the investments in the market project and to make a small contribution to its future development. hello handmade wants to remain economically independent and be able to decide on the form and contents of the market without the control of external investors.

Price for one exhibition stand: 150 Euro plus VAT. It is possible to share one exhibition stand with another exhibitor.

The rental fees include:

• The exhibition/ adcequate presentation space for your products - the table is 1x2 meters
• Seating
• Promotional package (flyers, posters, web-banners)
• Exhibition catalogue (online & printed)
• Signage /exhibition stand

Promotion through hello handmade:

• Ads on the hello handmade weblog
• Accompanying news on the hello handmade weblog, Facebook, Twitter, Google+
  
• Ads on external blogs, websites
• Newsletter
• Links to journalists, stylists, shop owners
• Printed ads in various media
• Promotional campaign (flyers/ posters etc.) in the Hamburg region

Each participant in the hello handmade market will receive a promotional package for free. hello handmade encourages each exhibitor to publish news about the market on his own website, blog, online-shop, etc.
