Maedchenwahn, the micro-label for [not only] Textile Recycling, was founded in 2007 by the interior designer Izabella Markiewicz. It all started out with a stuffed animal made out of a favorite sweater. In no time other recycling projects followed, which led to the birth of Maedchenwahn, an unique and colorful micro-lable.

All Maedchenwahn products are made with love at the designers home studio. With a wide range of products you can find bags, cases and wallets as well as textile jewelry and interior decorations all created out of recycled materials. Also available is a collection of  printed goods such as greeting cards, invitations, flyers, coloring books, recipe cards or buttons.
