I´m proud to introduce you to 134 wonderful submissions from all over the world:

The winner of the second hello handmade competition is found: It´s Antje Fuessl from Nuremberg! Congratulations!

 

It was not easy to pick just one winner. There were so many great submissions...These are the last 9 submission, which we, the jury, all love very much!!!

Prize

The winner receives a cash prize in the amount of 500 Euro. The poster will be printed and distributed all over Hamburg, Germany and featured on www.hello-handmade.com. Taking part in the competition is free of charge.

Schedule

The call for entries is open until June 30, 2011.

All submissions received by June 30 will be presented online and rated by a jury. The winner will be announced on August 01, 2011 on the hello handmade website.

Conditions

The size of the poster will be DIN A1 (594 x 841 mm). Your design should be the same size (594 x 841 mm) plus 3 mm trimming on each side. The design has to be a vector or pixel graphic. Pixel graphic must have a min. resolution of 300 dpi, and it has to be in the original size. The poster will be a four-color-print – it is not possible to print special colors (neon, metallic,...)

Every contestant is allowed to submit only one design and agrees not to publish the submitted design during the time of the competition. hello handmade is allowed to use the design for advertising and documentation. Every image and text used must be free of third-party copyrights. hello handmade is allowed to print and sell the winning design.

FAQ / design

What kind of art medium can I use to create my design?

Basicly every sort of motive. A illustration, photography, collage, graphic design, drawing, painting, typography...

Does my motive have to include all information about the market? (logo, place, address, entrance,...) Please check the participation form for details.

No, It does not. You can submit the design with or without  market information, or  you can use some of the information provided. Please note: the final poster has to contain all information; therefore, your design should be modifiable. The jury will review all submissions equally.

Do I have to follow a specific style guide? Please check the participation form for details.

No, you do not. You can submit your own design, or you can incorporate our logo (hello-handmade) into your final design (free template available on our website). The poster will be a four-color-print – it is not possible to print spot colors (neon, metallic,...) The jury will review all submissions equally.
